House Mouse and Friends Challenge. Stamp used is Scrub A Dub Dub (2000). Colored with copics. Glossy Accents on soap bubbles and then coarse glitter on top. Clear raindrops on top of splatter of water. Highlights on water and spigot painted with Tattered Angels Glimmer Glaze.
