 The Friday coloring challenge at The Outlawz this week was a color challenge. The colors in the inspiration photo were oranges and yellows. Very fall. I decided to make a fall cupcake. The image is from Meljens Designs.

The Sunday CAS challenge at The Outlawz this past week was to make a Breast Cancer Awareness card. The image I used is from Unity Stamp Company. It is from one of their Kit of the Month collections. I colored it with copics.

This was my final week of being the guest designer for the color challenge at The Outlawz. The Twist was Birthday Bling. The colors were: cocktail pink, aqualicious, and pots of orange. The image is from Art Impressions. I just saw them at the CK convention this past weekend. It was the first time I have ever seen them at a convention. Their booth was lots of fun.

Wednesday sketch challenge for The Outlawz. I used a new Prima Doll by Julie Nutting stamp set. I love these stamps and am so excited that they are now making them in card size. I use the larger ones on mixed media canvases.

Christmas. In July

 

Fourth week of being the guest designer for the color challenge at The Outlawz. We were given 5 colors and needed to use 3 of them. I chose to use warming red, cliff top green, and craggy grey. The theme was Christmas. The stamp is from Inkadinkado.

Create your own Background

 

 

The color challenge at The Outlawz this past week was to make your own background. I created my background by die-cutting the ric-rac pieces and then piecing them together as my background.

I was the guest designer for the Twisted Thursday challenge this past week at The Outlawz.  This image is a digi from Anne, a DT member at The Outlawz. I had lots of fun coloring and shading the birdhouse.

The Twisted Thursday challenge this week at The Outlawz was "Fun in the Sun". This is where I want to be in the sun - under my flower umbrella. The stamp is from Penny Black. I used an edging die from Spellbinders to do my edges. And of course there is candi in the corners, colored to match the chair.

July is National Berry Month. To celebrate, The Outlawz Monday Greeting challenge was to make a card featuring berries. The stamps are from Paper Trey Ink. They were colored with copics and a touch of clear Wink of Stella was used to add some shimmer.

This is my second week doing the color challenge for The Outlawz. This week they gave you Tomato Red as your starting color. My additional 2 colors are blue and yellow. My twist was to add stickers.

Color challenge

 

I am the guest designer for the month of July for the color challenge at The Outlawz. This is my first card. The colors that were used are: Magic Maroon, Mystic Blue, and Dream Emerald. You needed to add pearls. I used two Outlines stamps to do this. They images were stamped in black and clear embossed. These original Outlines stamps have always been some of my favorites.

The Monday Greetings challenge at The Outlawz this past week was to make a monochromatic card. The image is from Hero Arts.

CAS with die cuts

 

 

The CAS challenge at The Outlawz last Sunday was to use die cuts. I used the petite oval and petite oval scallop for my card. The image is from Sweet-n-Sassy stamps. It was colored with copics. I used the blender solution on a washcloth to add texture to the bear.

The Saturday Paper a  la Mode challenge at The Outlawz today was "Super Heros".  I decided to take a different approach and make my super hero a firegirl. The image is from My Favorite Things.

The Twisted Thursday challenge at The Outlawz was "Anything Goes".  I embossed my cardbase and then added the dragonfly. The dragonfly was die cut out of Vertigo paper. I sponged Memento Luxe ink onto the back of it. This paper is really cool. I started with pink ink as a base and then added purple over the entire thing. I then did a few spots of blue and a little more pink.

Metal or Foil

 

 

 

The Twisted Thursday challenge at The Outlawz this past week was to use metal or tin foil on your card. I used heavy duty tin foil and an embossing folder to create my background for this card. I used washi tape for the road. The car is done with decoupage.

Love Letters

 

 

The Sunday CAS challenge at The Outlawz was "Love Letters". I used a piece of tinfoil for the background of this card. It was embossed with a Darice embossing folder. The letters were made with Spellbinders Font 1 - Lower case letters. I colored the small heart with a copic marker.

PTI May Blog Hop

 

 

The Paper Trey Ink May blog hop challenge was to use Aqua and Melon. All products with the exception of the Candi in the corners are from PTI. I stamped the image with versacolor ink. The Candi was colored with copics.

The Monday Greetings challenge at the Outlawz was to make a masculine card. The stamps are from Rubbernecker. I used gold ribbon to make the fishing line.
