The Penny Black Saturday Challenge was monochromatic. The image was colored with copics. The flower is from Hero Arts.

All Angels Day

All Angels Day is September 29. Hark the Herald Angels Sing music, printed and distressed with Tim Holtz Distress ins. Angels are Outlines Rubber Stamps. Colored with copics. Stickles on wings. Angels are popped up.

Outlines - Pick a Flower

The Challenge on Outlines Rubber Stamps was to Pick a Flower. The flower was stamped several times an layered. The leaves are slid under the flower and popped up on foam tape. All images are colored with Copics. Distress stickles were used on the leaves and Stickles were used on the flower for highlights.

PTI September Blog Hop

The Paper Trey Ink Blog Hop this month provided an Inspiration Photo. I used the colors in the photo as my inspiration. Stamps are PTI. The layers of ice cream were stamped on checkered PP. A cuttlebug folder was used for the frame around the ice cream.

Art Impressions

The Art Impressions Challenge was "For the Ladies". Stamps are from Art Impressions. Colored with copics. These stamps have been in my collection for a long tie and never used.

CAS-ual Fridays

The CAS-ual Fridays Challenge was monchromatic plus one. I used 3 shades of copic yellow markers (Y15, Y17 Y18). I added the brown in the center of each flower. Yellow and Diamond stickles added to highlight. Stamp is from Outlines Rubber Stamps.

Penny Black Challenge

The Penny Black Challenge this week was Friendship. These two hedgehogs are just look like they are great friends. Not sure that they are happy with the other creatures that are trying to join them. Colored with copics. Corner dragonflies are from Jolee's.

CAS-ual Friday #20

The CAS-ual Friday challenge was to make a card smaller than 4x4. One inch square of patterned paper were adhered to a square piece of paper. The card was cut with Spellbinders Labels 1. The hats were punched out of matching paper. The Merry Christmas (Hero Arts was stamped on a circle cut with a nestability. The card size is 3 3/8 x 3 3/8.

Outlines - Lots of Layers

The challenge this week at Outlines Rubber Stamps was lots of layers. The stamp image is layered 4 times. Colored with copics. Liquid pearls and stickles for accents.

CAS-ual Friday

The Challenge on CAS-ual Friday was to do paper pieceing with a fall theme. The pumpkin stamps are from Hero Arts.

Outlines Challenge - Feeling Like Fall

The Outlines Rubber Stamp Challenge this week was Feeling Like Fall. I did not have any fall stamps, so I took my halloween cat and made him more fall like than halloween. Colored with copics. Liquid pearls in the centers of the flowers. All stamps are Outlines.

House Mouse Challenge - Happy Birthday

It is House Mouse and Friends Challenge Blog's 3rd birthday. The challenge was to do a birthday themed card. This adorable mouse is conducting the chorus of frogs in singing happy birthday. Colored with copics.

Simon Says Stamp - Multiple Folds

The Challenge on Simon Says Stamp was to do a card with multiple folds. Stamps are Stampin' Up! A total of 3 layers of color under the images.

A Baby Boy

Made this card for my pseudo great nephew Gabe. I had found fabric with cute baby animals on it, that became my focal point. The pattern papers are from DCWV - Nana's Nursery Boy.

The Outlines Rubber Stamps Challenge was to incorporate a photo into your piece. This picture was taken during the month of October in Canada. The stamped acorns are from Outlines.

The Art Impressions Challenge was Lots of Dots. The stamp is Becky from the Front and Back Series of Art Impressions. The words are RubberNecker Stamps. The image was colored with copics and the dots are two different dot embossing folders from Cuttlebug.

Cozy Crop House Weekend

This was my assortment of jewelery I made while at my "All Things Ranger" weekend at the Cozy Crop House last month. I used a lot of emphemra, microscope slides and the little frames from Ranger.

House Mouse - Recipes

The challenge on House Mouse and Friends was to incorporate a recipe with your card. The image was colored with copics.

Here is the recipe:

BLACK FORREST PIE

1 chocolate graham cracker crust

8 ounces thawed cool whip

1 small package instant chocolate pudding

1 cup cherry pie filling

Spread 1 cup cool whip on bottom of crust. Combine milk and pudding in medium bowl, blend with wire whisk or low speed electric beater for one minute. Fold in 1 1/2 cups cool whip. Spread over whipped topping in crust.

Spread remaining whipped cream over top leaving a 1 inch border and forming a depression in the center of the pie. Spoon cherry pie filing in center.

Chill at least 3 hour. Garnish with melted chocolate
