The Monday Greeting Challenge at The Outlawz was to make a card for a new arrival. My card is obviously for the person expecting the new arrival. The image is from Dolly Mamas and was colored with copics. I love to use this image for my cards for a baby shower.

I was the guest designer at The Outlawz Twisted Thursday challenge. I used this digital Bestie image for my card. The twist was to add a snowflake. I colored her with copics and used Sparkle-n-Fluff from Sparkle-n-Sprinkle for all her "fur".

Wednesday sketch challenge at The Outlawz. The images are all Denami, colored with copics and lots of glitter.

Color Challenge


 
On the Tuesday color challenge this week, we were given one color, Glorious Pink. You then needed to add two additional colors and your twist. My additional colors were yellow-green and violet. My twist was to make it dimensional. The rose is popped up. I have going to my Heartfelt Creations stamps a lot lately.

The challenge at the House Mouse and Friends Monday challenge this time was to use a House Mouse stamp you had never used before. I have recently acquired several new House Mouse stamps, so it was just a matter of choosing one. I think that this image would be great for someone recovering from surgery. I colored with copics and used glitter on all the tape.

The Paper Ala Mode Challenge at The Outlawz this week was to make it fancy. My idea of making it fancy was to add lots of flowers. The image is from Penny Black. The cows kind of look like the cows at Hershey!

Winter Wonderland

 
The Friday Alcohol Marker Challenge at The Outlawz this week was "Winter Wonderland". The images are from Memory Box. I stamped the mountains several times for the background. I used mulberry paper for the snow at the base of the card. The mountain tops, snow, and clouds all have Sparkle-n-Fluff from Sparkle-n-Sprinkle on them. I cut out the polar bear and penguin and popped them up.

The Season Here is ...............

 
This is my second week as guest designer for the Sunday CAS challenge at The Outlawz.  this week was: "The season where you live is......." Here in the Northeast part of the country, not only is it winter, but it is brutally cold. The stamp I used is from Sweet-n-Sassy. I colored with copics and used the Pearl Pen for his eyes and buttons. I used Sparkle-n-Fluff from Sparkle-n-Sprinkle for the scarf. The Embossing folder is from Darice. I used Spellbinders Labels 1 to cut the frame.

Here is my card. I used the spellbinders heart dies to cut the shape in the card and the heart that the chickie is on. I then embossed the background piece with a frame embossing folder. Used a piece of DP with small hearts. I found a little heart in my stash, so that finished off the chickie. Of course, there has to be glitter on the chickie also!

Cardinal Birthday

 
 
 
The Tuesday Color Challenge on The Outlawz was to use Cardinal Red, Blossom Pink, and Mystery Black. The twist was to add buttons. This image is from Heartfelt Creations. I have not used these stamps for quite some time. The challenge for me was how to add the buttons. I took two tiny white buttons and colored yellow with copics and then used them for the center of the flower. The cardinal is popped up.

I am the guest designer on The Outlawz CAS challenge for the month of January. The theme for the first challenge was something new. I needed to create a card for something new. I decided to make a baby card. I stamped the outfit and colored it with copics. For once in my life, I actually picked out my DP first so that the image matched the paper!

The Twisted Thursday challenge on The Outlawz this week was "Lady with a Hat." I used one of my Marci stamps from La La Land stamps to make this card. I colored here with copics and then cut her out. I embossed both the card base and layer with the clouds. I then place Marci so that she was stepping out of the card.

The Paper Ala Mode challenge on The Outlawz this week was "Anything Goes." The tutorial on Split Coast Stampers this week was a "Box Card." It looked interesting and I had some time, so I tried it. It was a fun card to do. The box lays flat so that it can be mailed.
