Vintage Thank You

The Monday greeting card challenge on the Outlawz was to make a vintage card. I used Tattered Rose and Walnut Stain distress inks on the image. I cut the image with deckled rectangle and free cut the layer under it.

Happiness...

The Sunday CAS challenge on The Outlawz was to make a card that demonstrated happiness. I used Labels 1 and Decorative Labels 1 for my layers.

A final Christmas card for 2013

The Copic challenge on  The Outlawz this Friday was anything goes. The image is from Penny Black, colored with copics. The embossing folder is from Spellbinders. I used "Snow" from Martha Stewart for the snowflakes.

Two challenges with one card

Not often that I do two challenges with the same card. The CAS-ual Friday challenge this week was a 10 minute Christmas card. The Paper Ala Mode challenge on The Outlawz was a card that had gold, silver, or glitter.

Relaxing After Christmas

The Twisted Thursday Challenge on The Outlawz was relaxing after Christmas. The penguins are enjoying their day at the beach with their new beachwear. The penguins swim suits and hats were done with paper piecing.

The CAS challenge on The Outlawz this week was to add a bow made from ribbon. This is a stamp that I have had for many years and have never done much with. I used Labels 4 and Labels 4 Small to cut the layers.

The Penny Black Saturday challenge for December was Glitter and Sparkle. This dreaming mouse was colored with copics. Glittered added to package and berries.

Snowflakes

The Simon Says challenge this week was Snowflakes. The stamp is from Inkadinkado. It was colored with copics and fun flock was used for the snow and fuzz on the hat and mittens.

Tuesday Color Challenge

The color challenge this week on The Outlawz was to use Santa Suit Red, Gold Coin, and Snow White. You needed to add a bell.

The House Mouse and Friends Challenge for this week was Let it Snow. Love these mice playing in the snow. The snow was made using fun flock. Liquid pearls were used for the berries and stickles for the branches.

National Chocolate Day

November 29 was National Chocolate Day. Again, made these for a friend who sends out cards for interesting holidays each month.

Wear Brown Shoes Day

December 4 was Wear Brown Shoes Day. Made this card for a friend. She wanted brown heels and bling. She loved the card.

Autumn Leaves

I used the Wednesday Sketch from The Outlawz and the theme from Simon Says Stamp to make this card. The stamp is from Sweet-n-Sassy Stamps.

Color Challenge

The Tuesday color challenge on The Outlawz was to use Blood Red, Eyeball White, and Black Magic. The web is from Hero Arts, the spider and word from Martha Stewart. The spider and words were stamped with distress ink and embossed with distress embossing powder.

Use the Negative

The Paper Ala Mode challenge on The Outlawz was to use the negatuve. I used the Spellbinders pumpkins and put it over the white polka dot paper. The stripes are done with glitter. The face parts were left of[ver from cuting the pumpkins.

Card for a Child

The CAS challenge on The Outlawz was to make a card for a child. I made this angry bird card for an 8 year olds birthday. He just loves Angry Birds!

Fall is in the Air

The Thursday Anything Goes Challenge and the Friday Copic Challenge were both fall themed cards. The witch hedgehogs from Penny Black are enjoying the fall flight. The background is a piece of halloween fabric.

Thinking of You

The Outlawz Tuesday Color challenge was to use Phonecian Purple, Veiled Violet, and Hep Green. The Saturday Paper A la Mode challenge was to make a thinking of you card. Two for the price of one!

The House Mouse and Friends challenge this week is "Autumn". It is the perfect time for a fire and roasting marshmallows. I added a little yellow glitter to the flame and clear glitter to the marshmallow.

The Outlawz Color Challenge

The color challenge for The Outlawz this week was to use Iris Blue, Fire in the Sky Orange, and White. You needed to add brads. The stamp is Hero Arts. The brad is the pumpkins nose. The cat and pumpkin top are popped up. Week 2 of being a guest designer.

The Paper A La Mode challenge on The Outlawz was to make a card for a teen. I had this digi which looks just like a teen with his video games.

School Colors

The Friday Copic Challenge on The Outlawz was to make a card using your school colors. My high school colors were maroon and white. The stamp is from LaLa Land.

The Outlawz Color Challenge

I was asked to be a guest member of the Tuesday color challenge on The Outlawz. This is my card for this week. The colors were Dark Mystical Blue, Manitou Blue and Woodhaven Brown. The card needed to be masculine.

The Simon Says Challenge and The Outlawz Copic Friday challenge were both anything goes! I used the opportunity to make a couple of more thank you cards for my collection of 50. Both images are from Penny Black.

Wedding Table Cards

I made these table cards for a wedding that had a "camping" theme. Each table was named for a state park that the bride and groom had visited. All the pieces were made using cricuit cartridges.

The Outlawz - Color Challenge

Just Because Day

This past Monday we celebrated Just Because Day. My card for The Outlawz  for this day was a Happy Everything card.

Spread Your Wings

The Outlawz Saturday Paper A La Mode challenge was Spread your wings. This stamp is from Stampin' Up! I stamped it three times: twice on white and embossed in purple and once on purple embossed in pearl. The butterflies are alternated and I used a pop dot in the center of each butterfly.
